Introduction The problem of workplace bullying, which carries several pathologies, is becoming a more and common phenomenon in the work environment. Regardless form aggression or its causes workplace, it always significantly affects employee, causing number consequences, ranging from health psychological to social professional. aim study was assess prevalence bullying among nurses. Material & methods: involved 120 nurses, including 110 women 10 men. survey conducted anonymously, with consent respondents. A proprietary questionnaire used as research tool NAQ phenomenon. diagnostic method. Results: In studied group, presence found than half nursing staff (54.2%), so occurred often absent, but no statistically significant differences were between respondents affected not by (p=0.180), therefore that this absence. Moreover, shown shortest experience, least frequent. Conclusions: Workplace phenomenon, while longer experience are exposed these activities. activities rarely applied people higher education, greater extent they related competences, directed at work, rather private sphere.
